My 2019 Honda Insight matched actual mileage almost perfectly with the onboard computer. It, however, was not a truck. I'll take the Maverick.

I'm seeing that actual mpg is about 6% less than the computer estimates. Anyone else have opinions? Got about 51 real mpg's on this tank.

Okay, thanks Jimmy. Upon further inspection, I see there is a little zipper down the factory airbag pocket on the Ford seat covers. I guess that just blows out. That makes me think the CoverKing zipper should match the Ford zipper location but this linked video seems to show the cover zipper...

It's cold this weekend down here in sunny Florida. I did 265 miles in temps from 21 degrees F to 39 degrees today. The other 330 miles of this tank was 50ish F. I got 43.7 mpg which is down from an avg of about 49.5 mpg for the life of the truck which would be about a 12% drop. A bit larger...

My actual versus computer expected mpg varies about like yours. 48.1 will yield about 45 mpg actual. Ive been over 700 miles on several tanks but cooler weather definitely causes 5-10% drop.

I watched one video that said you have an "extra level of security" when your tailgate is locked. Does the top to the tailgate somehow fit over the lip of the Gator in such a way that it makes lifting the cover impossible?

I probably won't push over 650 miles from now on. I put in 14.25 gallons and there couldn't have been much fuel left. The display said 52.6 mpg but I calculated 48.5 the old-fashioned way. Got 50.6 on the next tank (old-fashioned calculation).

Finally got the display pic on my hard drive so I can attach it. I did a little better the next tank. So far, the computer seems to overstate my actual mileage by about 5%. Boy, was my display dusty..
