I just installed this about an hour ago. Hunting for the holes in the drop in bed liner was not the most fun, however I was able to bolt the plates down pretty easily using this pivoting adapter and an extension bar. Just drop the nut and washer into the socket, and thread it right onto the bolt...

I would definitely like to see how this gets installed internally. I haven't done any mods to my mav yet, but I think this one (with a white bar) sounds like a nice first dive into customization. Thanks!
