    4oz sounds about right. it depends on tire size. most of the bead manufactures have a application chart for amounts of beads for tire sizes.

    I like the beads. I have been using the balancing beads for about 6 years now. I had a Balancing problem on my Ford Raptor and I went to the Beads and it solved my problem. So I have been using them on all my vehicles since then. No never put on a spin balance machine. Thanks for the compliment

    Installed new Vors VR8 wheels 18X8 +35 offset with 255/50r-18 Armstrong Tru Trac SU tires. I used ceramic balance beads to balance the wheels. Weight difference between stock Lariat 18 inch wheel & tire combo (51 pounds) and new wheel and tire combo (53 pounds) is only 2 pounds per wheel...
