Check this out. Totally worth it. Congrats on getting your Mav at MSRP.
I would like to put larger tires on my xl. I was thinking 225/70-17 for the appearance of more tire but with the same contact patch. Also did this new tire size on Derrick R Mav require a lift?
My FITS accessories were not with my Mav when I picked it up from the dealer. Dealer calls me three months later to pick up recently received FITS accessories. I show up the next day. Nobody there had any clue what I was talking about. Useless, all of them.
BTW my wife has a Toyota Prius which holds two gallons less fuel than the Maverick. I haven't ever kept track of how many miles it gets out of one tank, but it's center screen indicates 330 miles to empty when the tank is full.
We Just finished our first full tank of gas and I am totally satisfied with the milage. We purchased the Mav with 39 miles on the odo and put gas at 571. That means that we put 532 miles on that first tank. The center screen indicated that we had 21 miles to empty, so 550 miles per tank seems...
Not sure had everything shipped to the dealer. When I purchased from the site it allowed me to set an install date, but it did not indicate when the dealer received it.
When my original build date got pushed back I got an email from Ford that I too was gonna get those FITS parts. They never arrived and they were not in the truck when I purchased. I had to call Ford and have them send then to me. They claimed they had the wrong address. Whatever... they're...
I also ended up having to pay over msrp. At first They wouldn't allow me to finance thru my bank where I was approved for 3.89% and instead said I had to go through Ford credit at 8.5%. Also they wouldnt sell me the Mav without a dealer installed alarm system. We finally settled on msrp plus...
After I got my build date I decided to shop for tonneau covers. I settled on the cheapest one on the Ford website called the Truxedo Roll Up. It cost $369 plus $30 for installation. At the time it was on sale for 20% off. Ford shipped the cover to the dealer for installation. Once I got my Mav I...
Just picked up my XL with 360 sunroof and sliding rear window. My wife and i were bamboozled and threatened to walk out before closing the deal. We had been approved for 4 percent by our bank and the sales manager insisted we finance through Ford credit in order to get msrp. Ford credit approved...
