I figured so.
Expensive mistake on my end. Lesson learned. I was wiring the harness as it was already connected to the mounted sensor, making the orientation of the wires backwards. I should've been more careful and not do it before work 🤦.
Just finished rewiring the harness and the CCM module still isn't showing up on Forscan. The power and ground were switched up. Hopefully, I didn't fry the CCM?

After setting the values back to factory, the DTC's disappear.
I did make sure not to use my old profile.
I will have to take the bumper apart and check the solder connections, I have a feeling one of the connections wasn't done right.

Thank you for the write up. I just finished installing everything. I am currently having problems in Forscan. It does not seem to be detecting the CCM as a module when scanning. I get a DTC from the Forward looking sensor and a few other ones.

I had some switchbacks leftover from my Dodge ram that fit into the Maverick turn signal lights. It didn't have a resistor and made the turn signal indicator hyper flash. Through the Forscan I disabled the "Front Bulb Turn Outage" to "disabled" and it fixed it. Thanks for the writeup!
