No, there should be 12 volt there especially when running. From off it should stay on for 10-15 minutes. Is the plug attachment in correctly? Do you have a meter to check for voltage without the attachment plugged in? Check the other side to see if there’s power there. Might be a blown fuse or...

Does anyone know if both sides of the pre wired connections are on the same circuit?

Maybe an under bumper light for when I’m using the hitch. I have the volt meter and the usb plugs switched as they are always on until the truck sleeps.
