Here is my video. This happens when at idle where every 10-15 seconds there is a clunking noise coming from the transmission area. This noise also happens more loudly at shut down and start up. Also happens when driving while the engine is turning off.

Took 4 weeks for the part to come in and then the repair to be done. Apparently there was some confusion requiring a corporate tech to be flown in. But truck is backed and is working 100%

Just had this done and the new programming is fantastic. Fixes the problem, much much smoother all in all, a must do update.

This is 100% the 23-2248 recall. I suffered from the same thing and had this done and its amazingly better. TSB attached.

Happy to report that after 4(!!) weeks the truck is back with me and 100% better. The delay was due to the power recall issue, but the update for the low-speed shudder was completed. Wow. Just wow. Night and day smoother transitions between gas and electric. Seems to hold on to electric...
