I have the hybrid and it is doing the same thing. It is very disturbing trying to rest inside the car even with the engine off, and open and close the door so everything shut off. The truck keeps on talking :(. It is annoying since I don't understand what it is trying to say.

For this recall, the dealers will install a smoke detector under the hood. As a gift for your trouble, Ford will mail you a fire extinguisher in case your truck is on fire :)

I have a rattle problem too on the right side dash, only on rough streets. It is a hybrid truck for $23k in 2022, cheaper than a used car back then so can't complain. Braking at almost stop speed is jerky sometimes too, but oh well. It is a great car overall.

Did a drive-through car wash last weekend, and there was water coming in by the windows. I suspect from the air blower pushing the water in. I think it will do well with the regular car wash at home. I don't worry much about the leak since mine has the spray in bed liner.

Have not washed the car, will try the drive through car wash this weekend and let you know.

I ordered the tri-fold tonneau cover at my local ford, Fairway Ford, CA. They got it for me in a day and willing to match the 20% from accessories.ford.com. It works out great since I was also able to use my Ford point toward the purchase. Installed it yesterday and it looks and works great...

My XL Hybrid is now 1000 miles and have the same problem even way before. I have to figure out if I can create it consistently to bring up as an issue to the dealer

Very impressive. Thanks for sharing. I have the XL too. I will try to do the same, probably adding another outlet for 115v. Have to figure out where to put it.
