As a former windshield installer, I'd say that was a bad install. Windshield is way too low, pressed in on the drivers side and lifted on the passenger side. It is also way too close to the drivers side. Have them redo that if you can. Unacceptable.

The easiest and most sure way of finding the keyless entry keypad code without the dealer and digging around your truck is to use forscan. When you're looking at the tab that you can select live data. The keypad numbers are one of the options you can look at. That will get you the numbers you need.
