got my set a few days ago. Originally wanted tuxmats but they've been in production or OOS for months now. They fit well and I'll probably be satisfied with them for the life of the vehicle. There's enough coverage for me to not worry much about muddy/sandy trips
I was hoping there'd be low-profile fixed point roof racks like a prinsu by now but from what I read in another thread, it's tough removing the gutter guards on the roof so I'm not sure if any companies are designing one for the maverick atm. Has anyone heard any news or info of any fixed points...
just put in my driver side, it was too dark to finish the passenger. I broke the tab holding in the door latch/lock cables while pulling out the panel so careful with that. everything was PnP from what I did, the tweeter plug was a bit different but still fit with the aftermarket ones.
I had nothing but small manual cars and my work commute is 94 miles both ways with traffic so it wasn't a comfy commute. I wanted a hybrid to do less visits to the gas station and also needed a truck to haul merchandise for my business. This fit everything I needed at a low price and the peace...
I like this. I'm between a few RTT's and awnings atm. I wish I could rock a softshell but it wouldn't hold up since it's not shaded where I park and I'd be lazy to take it off to store it when I don't use it
maybe you can contact them and ask if they can still apply the coupon. Their customer service was quick to get back to me when I had to modify my order
Happens with mines slightly holding the brake while on a decline. Feels like something roughly shifting. It's happened a few times but i assume it's something with the descent control
I think I got around 35mpg going 70-80mph for about 40 minutes on the highway plus 15 minutes in the city when I first got the car. Since then I go around average around 65mph and get 40-45mpg depending on traffic
I had an issue with 3 holes not lining up but it only took a few minutes to drill the mount points on the deflector a bit wider. Nothing bad aside from that, I can't tell if it helped with bugs much but i like the aesthetic of it. I don't regret buying it over the other options
The hood and tailgate are light and I do not open/close it often enough to consider the struts worth it. Even doing engine work often on past cars, I never felt the need for hood struts. Maybe I would only buy it for show or for health/safety reasons
Currently have the XLT hybrid with lux package and CP360. I would have done Lariat for additional options like push start, leather seats, LED accent headlight/taillights, more ambient lighting, bigger digital gauge cluster. I don't regret the XLT though, my biggest gripe is the switchblade key
I'm also getting similar mileage on normal compared to eco. If the car just remembered to keep the drive setting, I wouldn't mind leaving it in eco though.
