Ford still hates me. Glad to see Carbonized grey First Editions being scheduled, just wish mine would be one of them. Ordered on June 14, but not approved until July 15. Maybe someday.....
While this may be possible, you need to check the local laws for unattended while motor running (sometimes called "puffing"). In many jurisdictions this can result in a ticket.
Well, now I've passed 6 months since I put the deposit on my order, and still not scheduled. My dealership had an estimated 150+ orders so not exactly a small one. I begin to wonder if I'll see the Maverick before the 1 year anniversary of my deposit.
I'm not sure how the scheduling method would make a difference in smaller dealers serving their customers. Working through the orders in order would mean that the small dealers orders would be handled in a mix with large dealers. The only thing that would change which orders were first would...
No email for me this week (ordered 6/14). Guess I have to be happy that the EPA numbers were released on my birthday, even if the truck still isn’t scheduled .
My 2012 Ford Fusion Hybrid is still on its first battery, and it is the older nickel metal hydride. The newer batteries are lithium based and should have better conditioning software, so I'm not worried.
