I called my dealership at the end of January to see what was going on, sales guy said he'd reach out to his contact at Ford since he thought it was strange I didnt have a VIN yet, and on 2/3 I got the VIN and scheduling email. Not sure if it was just coincidence or if he actually helped get it...
