    Same here, I received an order placed email from Ford on July 9th, same day I went to my dealer. Then nothing until I received an email this past Monday (9/20) that my truck was built. Another email came today that said my truck was shipped and can expect it October 16-22. Total surprise...

    I was told to drop my 4k tow package back in mid July, now my truck is built and on it's way, can't change it now. The only reason I dropped the 4k and not add the AWD was because I didn't want to pay the extra money, tried to keep it under $30K.
