I made an appointment at the Ford dealership where I bought my Mav. I got there on time and I asked how long it would take. They said about four hours. I left
I don't know what "constraints items" are but it is clear Ford does not want to sell me this truck, at least not for the price I negotiated in December. I know they are having problems with chips or whatever but there is no shortage of emails or common curtesy. I still want the truck but I...
Every time I visit the dealership they say the car is coming but they don't know when. They still have my $500 deposit. They won't die from overwork thats for sure.
What are these mythical Ford emails you are referring to. I ordered a base level Maverick in December. They have not sent me one email. Ford is terrrible at making Mavericks but they are even worse at making Emails.
It might be that even after the truck is fixed they could still sell it to someone else for more they you are paying. But I would not pay full price for a wrecked car.
I would like an email from Ford explaining the situation, giving me a date, an apology and a promise that I will get the truck at the price agreed upon price someday. Itās strange that this is too much to ask.
Well if some want to pay $50,000 for a $20,000 truck then God love āem. But I have a signed piece of paper from
Ford that says $22,000. If I donāt get the truck for that price Iāll know the reason why and so will everyone else.
I ordered the basic Maverick without the tow package and now I am second guessing myself. The tow package is about $2000.00 more and I think it would decrease gas mileage.
