Yea that could have been cleaner, the wire had a pre-installed SAE connector on it so I had to make the hole big enough to pass the connector thru.... I guess could cut a grommet and keep that wire from fraying. The stock cubby has 2 holes in the bottom already though and I've never had a bug...

Air tank to store compressed air so that things fill faster.

I am contemplating adding a 1 gallon tank underneath the cubby inside the rear fender. This is looking up at the bottom of the cubby with a plastic panel removed under the truck. That sheet metal would be a perfect spot to mount a reservoir, strong enough to hold it also hidden and out of the way.

yes it is IP54 rated, I keep to downs in that cubby and they have never gotten wet so it well protected but the unit is sealed as well.

Ah yea talked to dealer and he said since I have a build date I can’t drop the packages and it wouldn’t effect delivery… color me educated, I feared it would get built and then sit around waiting on parts but that doesn’t sound like the case. based on what I’ve read sounds like with a 4/4...

So my build date is 4/4 I have lariat lux and co-pilot…. I asked my dealer to drop the lux and co-pilot…. Hope that doesn’t effect my build date… order 7/23/21
