I suggest using this site that has a towing calculator available. You plug trailer dry wt. and hitch wt., and the cargo wt. of the vehicle. (includes: passengers, fuel, cargo)

I took delivery of my XLT Eco Boost in Nov22. I have not had the issue of "intermittent" audio until the last month. I will use the "reset" method, but my question to the OEM is, if this is a known issue, why didn't "all" owners get notification that this is an issue and the fixes communicated...
I know I’m late to the thread, but is the picture of the wheels, the OME? If so, I appreciate the pictures! My XLT in Iconic Silver is scheduled to be built this month! Based on your pictures, I’m happy with my color choice!
Here is an alternative solution. This maybe a bit more expensive, but the tie down systems in aircraft may a very good alternative. The tracks are 7075 aluminum and the tie down rings are plated. https://ancraaircraft.com/cargo-fittings-nets-straps/
I would consider a smaller trailer like the R-Pod 180 or 190. I would suggest giving yourself a bit more margin than 300 lbs. Remember to consider the Mavericks GCWR also. This includes the weight of the trailer and contents, plus everything in the truck.
I guess I had the small benefit of ordering with the knowledge of the the potential delays. I ordered my XLT Jan 22 and My dealer didn’t have a clue when to expect delivery. I set my expectations very low and planned on maybe a Christmas delivery. I did get my build week of 29 August, so I may...
I was notified today that my build week is 8/29 for my XLT 2.0L. Does anyone have an idea of the length of time "generally" it takes from build week to delivery? I know it is a loaded question.
I ordered my XLT 1/12/22 and just got a call from Lou Fuze that I finally have a build "week!" I don't have an email yet, but was told that my build week is 8/29/22! No 2023 for me!
Introducing myself as a new club member! Glad to be a part of the Maverick Truck Club. Looking forward to participating in the available conversations and learning as much as I can about my new purchase!
Cheers,
