I've been having the same issue (on the Canadian website). The URL itself was down for about a month, then it started working again about a week ago. Now when I try tracking my order number/VIN I receive the same error you are getting.

I gave in - I removed my Lariat Lux package and CoPilot 360. Hopefully that will help speed things up a teensy tiny bit…
