My Maverick was now delivered. Has anyone recently had any success lately in getting them to honor the original invoice price?

I ordered from Chapman in Horsham. I called today and spoke with someone else. They said they can change it if I send it in writing but they don't recommend it and they don't guarantee I wont be pushed to 2023. Pretty stupid

I called my dealer about dropping the hard roll up bed cover and they said the same thing. If 2% are only being built with that cover I'm probably stuck until 2023 anyway. What dealer did you purchase from?

My dealer said they can't even do this until a VIN has been assigned.

Who knows, it showed up in my mailbox. But I did buy a 2019 Ranger from Ford so it could be related?

I mean what good is it if you can't use it

If it has an expiration date and I don't actually "buy" it and take delivery until after how can I use it?

Will I even get my truck by then? Thanks for nothing Ford.

Ordered in July and sold my 2019 Ranger in August to Carmax, I'm stuck driving a 1999 ES300 that I bought for $800 during the begining of the pandemic. Luckily it hasn't had many issues.
