I've had numerous callers tell me it's hard to hear me due to wind noise when I'm driving over 80 kms/hour while using the maverick Bluetooth audio. (That's with windows fully closed!) Anyone else getting that? Is there a setting or quick fix?

When driving around town at low speeds (40-60km) in normal drive mode my transmission often seems reluctant to drop to lower gears so my rpms sit around 1000 which feels awful. I get bogging/rattling up front until I speed up or come to a stop. Is this normal? Are others having similar experience?
