I've had my maverick for a little over 3 years now with approx. 43,400 miles on the odo. I just received ford corporate's letter for 25N09 for the potential "recall"/warranty extension on the front half-shafts. It's still under the 5yr/60k mark but i think that i might have caught...
I have my brake parts on the way and reviewed the threads on servicing pads and rotors with aftermarkets. I have a 2022 ecoboost fx4/4k tow where the wsm doesn't get the brakes into service mode.
Would it be safe on the parts if i disengage the parking brake so there's no pressure on the pads...
