FINALLY SCHEDULED 18 MONTHS AFTER ORIGINAL ORDER

FORD CANCELLED MY MAVERICK ORDER!!! - (Ford Customer Service Transcript Attached)
My order is from Mid-October for a Hybrid Hot Pepper Red XLT with the only add-on being a Trailer-Hitch Connector. The Ford Rep claims my order is: "Unscheduled - Balance Out". The Dealer didn't have me sign anything. Is that normal?
The dealer took my order last night and are supposed to process it this morning. XLT Hybrid HPR. No deposit. They did need to see my ID, but they didn't have me sign anything. Is that normal?- jjedli000
