Anyone else have a problem buying accessories in 20% sale? I ordered a roof rack on the 03 Feb., never shipped.... they refunded money today claiming it was lost during shipping. Sale ended yesterday, so now it's more money if I reorder! Ugh

Is there a good source for videos on how to operate the touchscreen infotainment system? On the 2025 Ford has removed the easy to understand buttons to get to things and now I lost trying to navigate thru the choices.
