Has anyone got a rattle in the dash of 2024 colt when going over rough roads? If so have you found the cause?

I installed dual exhaust on my Maverick,the only problem is looking at the exhaust from the side you can see the pipes. If I could remove the black box on the rear then I could raise up the pipes. My question is can you remove this box and what is it’s function.
