Has anyone here tried to install a grab bar handle over the driver side door of their 2025 Maverick

I understand the use of letter and numbers to name cars and trucks. I've owned a 310, a 200sx, and even a 128 !!1 I also understand the XL, XLT and Lariat . Does anyone know why the upper trim level is named Lariat (and not XLZm or XLY,).? Lariat seems to me, to come out of left field...
