  1. The infotainment screen has a defect in the middle of it. If there is any glare on it the screen appears darker in the area.

    Should I take to the dealer or contact Ford? I have had a screen protector on it since purchase, so I don't think it's the screen protector but the screen itself.

    My take on adding USB and cigarette lighter socket to the bed cubby. Only issue is when installing into bed - Leave ports loose and put the cubby into the bed, tilt the cubby forward and hold ports and then tighten on the back.

    Ford told me last week that hybrid production was estimated to be done by end of February. Just glad to see a production date

  5. Dealer doesn't have a clue

    Contacted local dealer to check where my order was. I ordered XLT Hybrid on 8/26/22. Dealer told me they moved my order to MY23. Called Ford Marketing to see if they can help. Of course they tell me to contact dealership as they can see more than they can. Dealership said that they can't...
