From my understanding there is no alignment adjustment for the rear axle on a FWD Hybrid, the 3 other tires are wearing very evenly. Has anyone else had this problem and if so any solutions?

I live in the Northeast (Salt) . Is it save to use a power washer to get the salt off the underside of the bed? There are several large electical connectors. You can see the individual wires going into the connectors. Hopefully they are water proof.
