If you have a hard to latch rear seat back, Ford has issued the dealers a SSM. Mine was a tad hard, even closing/pushing in the latch area to shut. I changed mine. It does latch a tad easier. When latching rear seat back, you still need to shut/press in the latch’s area of the seat. Here is the...
