Are these headlights sealed? I’m not happy with the light output, is there anyway to upgrade the headlights?

Since batteries slowly lose their abilities to fully charge over time, will the overall fuel mileage go down as the battery slowly looses its max charge capacity?

Saw another Maverick with the BAP treatment, and saw the taillights were noticeably darker. Must be the “ULTRA BAP” Other trucks taillights.
