  1. DIY console button cover

Hey, all! I have a very active rat terrier and she has the annoying habit of stepping on console buttons. Tried to get ahold of my ex-BIL to 3D print something, but no reply. So, using a $1 piece of 1/16 plastic and the hinges from a $1.99 craft project, I built my own. No screws: 3M tape...
  2. "Trail Rated" Jeeps? My Maverick is...

Pirate Rated. Take that, Jeep Boys! 😄
  3. Who's Checking Out Your Maverick?

Hope this finds everyone safe and well. Anywho, I was curious if any of you have been getting your Maverick a good looking over by someone. I was at a light yesterday and a guy in a black Jeep Gladiator rolled up next to me. As if being Cyber Orange wasn't enough, he seemed to focus on my...
  4. Yay or Nay?

Hey, crew. Found this plastic faux hood vent in my storage. Attaches with 3M tape. Only half-serious, but what do y'all think? 🤔 Bust my nuts for even suggesting it if you want. 🤣
  5. The Maverick is an even better value

Spending $30k on a new Maverick isn't a bad deal. Comparing it to my 68 Ranchero with an assumed purchase price of $3,000, that's $26k adjusted for inflation. Considering the myriad improvements to automobiles over the last 55 years, it's an outstanding value, IMHO. I'm looking at $14k by the...
  6. 2023 "Blackheart Edition" Cyber Orange Maverick XLT FX4 Build

Greetings, all. The 2023 Blackheart Edition Cyber Orange Maverick XLT FX4 (*takes moment to inhale*) is just about done. My mods are pretty mild: - Flowmaster muffler and tailpipe muffler delete - Supreme Suspensions 2" wheel spacers - Bushwacker pocket flares - Tufskinz grill applique - Oedro...
  7. Grille trim in red

I was planning on doing this with paint, but ran across TUF SKINZ and bought this grille trim. It's made the same way as a lot of the Maverick tailgate lettering; domed vinyl. All factory colors are available, and a few others. I chose Race Red. $149. A little costly up front, but we'll made and...
  8. Window visors

Hey, all. Nothing spectacular, but if you're looking to add window visors to your truck, there is an alternative to the stick-on versions usually found on ebay. Summit Racing has EGR in-channel visors, MADE IN USA, which look far less "add-on', IMO. Cost me about $95 incl tax and shipping.
