I've read that Florida has crazy rules that you cannot buy an extended warranty from an out of state dealer. Who are using for the extended warranty if you live in Florida? And about how much was it. Thanks in advance.

I have been attempting to download the latest software update with no luck. I connected to my wifi about 30 ft from the router and it did not download. I then hooked up my cellphone as a hot spot and that did not work wither. Any ideas why this is happening?
