Received an email from Ford on 12/28 indicating my Maverick has been shipped. However as of today, 1/6, the circle has not been checked off at my Ford's tracking webpage. Who should I believe?
I have tried multiple times to find Ford's live chat site to get an update on my Maverick order. Have gone to the Ford Customer Service website and there's info about chat but no link to start a chat session. Could somebody point me in the right direction to access the chat site. Many thanks...
