I know there's been a bunch of battery talk but I was always wondering if there was a way to identify a bad battery from a good battery with bad software (which apparently is going to get a fix in Q2). Anyway, if you're not familiar with Project Farm, its IMO one of the best Youtube channels out...
Welp today was the day. My MAVERICK vinyl stickers failed (the last leg of the E tore off so it looked like MAVFRICK lol). I was wondering when this would happen and 2.5 years was the answer. Also worthy of noting, they started out as mirror finish chrome and ended up a golden color as it faded...
Got a call from the dealer today since my door to door warranty expires in just over a month. They offered to extend it an additional 7 years or 150,000kms for $5791 CAD. I would finance that with a little bit down at 0% interest. Works out to be $180/mo for 30 months. The shop rate for my...
- Android Auto / Spotify runs a lot smoother. It's almost like there's more RAM available after the update for these programs to connect faster and run better.
- It reset my seatbell chime, now I have to re-do it
- Some people said it reset the backup cam setting to a 2-3 second delay if you...

Some of us purchased the trigger action Stanley Mug b/c it fits in the driver side water bottle space. Welp, there's a recall for the lid so...
Was tired of my water jugs tipping over so I bought the net from Muslogy! Should fit 4 across easily but I wasn't gonna lug all the full ones in for a picture lol. Its a good quality net with good carabiners. I didn't realize Prime Day was coming but I did see on their post that I'm eligible for...
Was quite happy with the Muslogy stuff so far so I bought the bed mat. I have a drop in but when I do dump runs, unfortunately some of the garbage juice leaks which requires a spray down which worries me that water will get under the drop in and rust. Tbh I should remove the bottom of the drop...
Random Amazon vs. Muslogy center console dash tray. Notice how much higher the walls are on the Muslogy, way more secure.. I tried to use the gum container for scale lol
Bought it here but I'm sure the American store has it too:

Easy to install mud flaps. I compared them to my Ford OEM ones and the part that contacts the paint is much smoother on the Muslogy ones and they come with some tape for further protection. Got em off Amazon...
This is what I spent my 40k Ford points on and MAN, I'm thrilled with it. It's actually comfortable to lay in my bed so I'm definitely taking this and a cooler lakeside this summer!! Also prevents things from sliding around & is held down by velcro so you can detach and hose down if needed...
The manual suggests I do it much later but because I live rural and get more dust than in the big city, I decided to do it early. Plus we're expecting a smokey summer so I felt it was the right choice to start fresh.
Looks like some Mavericks are starting to hit the junk yards, I saw this guy earlier and he's got a great deal on a tonneau cover/bed

Too bad the shipping kills the deal to Canada but for any of you Americans, I'd keep an eye on him
Anyone know if the seats are plug and play? A friend of mine has the lariat and doesn't like the fake leather and we were thinking of switching. Could this work??
Added some interior lighting!
Basically got a USB C Male to Four USB Female Cable Adapter and some USB LEDs.. some double sided tape and done!! The USB LEDs you can change to whatever color and turn off with the car.
Why 4 split cables? 1 for the driver, 1 for the passenger, 1 for the cubby...
So guys with the satin finish hood scoop, does it reduce the glare from the sun? I thought about wrapping the hood in a satin finish but turns out, that's more expensive than the hood scoop
Edit: Yes it does, found a post from 2021 about it. You can delete this post please
.... and it only took 6 months to get the cables.
Yes you'll need to replace both of them. We checked to see if we could only do one and nope, have to replace both.
So it is possible to have this problem fixed under warranty, you'll just have to wait a very long time.
Random shower thought here .. Ford spends $ to install carpet in their vehicles. We spend money covering up that carpet with mats. Why doesn't Ford just offer carpet-less flooring for the Maverick?
This idea came to me after seeing the Lighting Pro (lowest model) and actually wanting a...
