Has anyone with a defective BXT-99RT4-A flooded battery had Ford agree to replace it with the BAGM-H4 battery? My dealer says Ford will only pay to replace a similar battery which will most likely fail, too.

My hot pepper red Lariat hybrid was delivered today 12/21. Ordered 6/12 with no extras. I had the dealership add the Truxedo soft roll up and floor liners.

I would like to know if any purchasing on these plans are being forced to pay above invoice price.
