  1. My 10,000 mile XLT review: Would I recommend it? Absolutely!

Thanks, It’s a Ford Deflector that was discontinued.
  2. My 10,000 mile XLT review: Would I recommend it? Absolutely!

Was factory ordered. It’s a Ford part. It was one that they discontinued for some reason. It comes black
  3. My 10,000 mile XLT review: Would I recommend it? Absolutely!

I am turning 4000 miles today and had only one tire issue but other than that no issues. I love this truck. The price for what it does is a no brainer. I seem to haul something every weekend. Patio stones this weekend. Can’t wait to see how it handles in deep snow.
  4. Consumer Reports 2022 Maverick Hybrid Review & Ranking [September Issue]

I have 3900 miles on mine and it’s very quite. No unusual noises. Can’t imagine any quieter.
  5. I Can't Decide On What Model I Want To Order & I'm Going Crazy Over It

FX4 all the way! I’m still getting 24 mpg in the city.
  6. I just defected to Team Ecoboost!

Welcome to the Go more places/ Power side.
  7. Question regarding Suspension Options

I changed to 245/65/17 Toyo open country III tires. The lugs on the tires makes for a much softer ride.
  8. How much did alignment cost you after lift?

I just did my 2” lift kit and took it to Belle Tire and it was $100.00
  9. Lifted Maverick! With Toyo Open Country and Bushwacker Fender Flares

They bolt only to the existing holes in the fender wells. I didn’t use the stainless bolts that are just for looks at the top of the flares. I used black push clips and glued them on the backside. I like the blacked out look.
  10. Lifted Maverick! With Toyo Open Country and Bushwacker Fender Flares

Thanks on the truck. My Rottweilers name is Gus and he is great.
  11. Lifted Maverick! With Toyo Open Country and Bushwacker Fender Flares

It was the Ford bug deflector that was ordered with the Maverick. I believe this is the one that was discontinued. I have yet to determine the mpg’s. Lift was completed Friday. I drove it on the interstate today but the roads were up and down. No flat terrain.
  12. Lifted Maverick! With Toyo Open Country and Bushwacker Fender Flares

They can try and void a power train warranty. If something breaks in the future they will try and fight it. I will replace axel’s or minor things myself. Don’t have a big warranty to begin with. Everytime I drive I see multiple newer vehicles with lifts that I know didn’t come from the factory...
  13. Lifted Maverick! With Toyo Open Country and Bushwacker Fender Flares

Thank you, Yes I did the lift myself. Little challenging. You will use prybars and a lot of strength to line all the holes back up to get the bolts back in. The only downfall to the kit was the front strut spacer mounts needed two longer bolts on the top where it mounts to the strut. One bolt on...
  14. VELOCITY BLUE Maverick Club

Here is my Maverick after 2” lift, new tires, and fender flares. I recently changed to Toyo Open Country 245/65/17 from the Pirellis. Loved the look and will be a lot more aggressive in snow and mud. Then I went with Bushwacker fender flares. I know some people don’t care for them. I...
  15. Lifted Maverick! With Toyo Open Country and Bushwacker Fender Flares

Here is my Maverick after 2” lift, new tires, and fender flares. I recently changed to Toyo Open Country 245/65/17 from the 225/65/17 Pirellis. Loved the look and will be a lot more aggressive in snow and mud. Then I went with Bushwacker fender flares. I know some people don’t care...
  16. Bronze powdercoated factory OEM wheels [now with 2" lift kit & tires upgrade]

I just finished both struts. The way the spacer sits on the top of the strut is a little angled. Both struts needed 1 bolt longer on each. Luckily I had two.
  17. Bronze powdercoated factory OEM wheels [now with 2" lift kit & tires upgrade]

Be careful when you do your lift. I’m doing mine right now and the bolts you take out of the front struts on top are supposed to be used to mount the spacer to the top of the strut. They are barley long enough to do it. They should have included longer bolts for this. I used blue thread locker...
  18. Factory Installed Drop In bed liner and bed power access

Yes and the bolts holding the side tracks for tie downs also. I used a body saw with a fine blade than hand filed the edges.
