My 25 Continental's only have 3,000 on them and they're at 6 - 7/32. I didn't check them when new but I don't suspect they had much more if any tread when they were new. I have the ecoboost and usually average around 30 mpg so I'm sure the tire tread, or lack of it contributes to the good...
