    Ford Protect Extended Service Plans

Extended warranties are a 'love it or hate it' topic. But it's generally accepted that a Ford plan is the way to go. And if you decide to do so, prices are negotiable, and don't have to be bought from the selling dealer. They can also be bought online, and Flood Ford is a good place to start...

    Age of targeted Maverick Buyer

I'm not in the market as I have a 2019 Ranger. But my brother (72) is pre-ordering/reserving a Maverick.

Why do you want a Maverick?

I'm intrigued for many of the same reasons that others are stating. After many years of being a two truck family, for a few years, we ended up being a NO truck family. I had zero interest in a full-size truck - way too big for my current needs. Thought the Ranger would be a perfect fit, so...

    Ford floor liners?

As a Ranger owner, I can tell you that I believe they're very well constructed. They're made of a heavy rubber, and flexible enough to lay flat. The only downside is that they do not cover as well as WeatherTech - notably under the gas pedal. But for my needs they're great, and of course...

    Full Production Beginning in July?

Yes, unless the program has changed. But keep in mind there's a $275 "program fee" added back. When I bought my Ranger on the X Plan, it ended up being about $125 over invoice - which included the program fee.

    Ford Dealer Salesman Info

True. But even after the information is released, sales staff can still be 'ignorant'. When I ordered my 2019 Ranger, my assigned salesman, who by the way was a long time veteran at this dealship, was only vaguely aware of the Ranger, and certainly wasn't aware of model differences. They're...
