    Yes Toyota uses a chain. Ford uses a traditional Transverse differential.

    hmmmm doing digging hard to find any answers. Looks like the c2 can’t be flat towed. they said the added cost of engineering and risk of premature wear wasn’t worth if for such a small demographic (that is shrinking)
