    My 7000 mile Maverick hybrid gets 49 mpg overall local driving. When i took monthly 400 mile trips back and forth to VA by largely interstate highways at 70 to 80 mph i still got 42 mpg. Quiet smooth comfortable peppy vehicle exceeds expectations.
