    yeah mine too. It dropped because of my lead foot. No more timid about punching that gas pedal now that I got the grabby brakes sorta fixed.

    ditto. I too have positive experience so far. No more lunging forward when pulling into a parking spot. About 99% better but still not as smooth as my EB braking.

    So they agreed to do the software update based on the TSB. So far I have not experience the grabby brakes. Of course the weather is much nicer today and i have only driven a few miles so far.     According to Ford they can’t control the dealership, I would have to find another that is customer oriented and hopefully I get my software updated

    So it’s not worth it? Just take the car back and go to another dealership? That’s what ford customer service told me to do.

    I'm pro Granger but the No Sale restriction, if exists, is categorically BS, but I wouldn't go further than that and say they are a stealership. At least not based on my own previous experience.
