My dealer told me today that the priority code on my order is... 19? Huh??? Would not give any more information. Ford chat still says it's at priority code 99. I think my dealer manually entered a new 2023 order back when the order banks were open, this might explain where the PC19 came from...

I think it's someone at Ford itself, that the dealers can contact.

I see what you're saying, you're definitely correct that the order number shouldn't have changed.

Dealers can't set 02s, only Ford can, that means it's previewing for scheduling. 10 is the lowest a dealer can go.

The same thing happened with my conversion order, except my dealer won't do anything about it, it's still sitting at 99. I'm glad to see yours at least changed it to 10. I'm curious to see what happens to your order so I know what to expect from mine if my dealer ever changes my code.

This thread is for anyone that had a canceled 2022 order and whose 2023 conversion order is still sitting at priority code 99 because the dealer never changed it to 10 like they were supposed to by 11/30. Mine told me they updated it but they clearly never did, and I'm having zero success...

Mine told me the same, but in reality they never changed my priority code to 10. It's still at 99 and now I've missed the January scheduling.

Turns out my dealer never changed my priority code despite telling me that they had, it's still set at 99. I haven't had any luck getting them to do anything. Am I SOL on my order if they don't do it by tomorrow?

I did a new chat with a different person, and they confirmed that there is a 2023 order in. That's good - now to get my dealer's head out of the sand...

I just checked with chat to see if my converted 23 order is in the system yet, and they said they don't know how to tell what model year my order is, and to check with the dealership (who is still clueless about the conversion). 🤦‍♂️

That's my current plan. I'm hoping that once they actually see it's been moved to a 23, they will get their heads out of the sand.

I just called my dealer to see if they got the rollover memo and whether they took care of any duplicate order numbers. They assured me that there weren't any duplicates, but they had no awareness of the rollover memo and are still claiming mine will be built as a 22. I couldn't make any...

Just got an email bumping me from 12/12 to 12/19. Either way it won't be a 22 at this point.
