Ok guys you need to be checking with the dealers on tracking/locations. Mine was setting at the regional rail yd(2hrs away) for a week and wasnt scheduled to be delivered until end of Jan. I stopped by the dealer to get the rail car number monday so I could track it, no need he could track it...

Dont even bother! Just have your dealer handle it if they even will. I get more info off here then from ford. All dealer does is make up excuses or out right lies and ford says nothing at all. Welcome to the new world costumer service is gone to never return.

My order is gone. It was in production since Oct 5th but now no trace. Dealer cant even find it.

Probably is true. My order has completely disappeared from the ford site, Vin etc... Dealer has no idea what Ford is doing.

Well I went from a truck in production to having no vin anymore and no trace of my order. Dealer has no idea. At this point I dont give a flying F******* Ford has did nothing but lie.
