Thanks for the informative video Shay. The selling dealer knew none of these details when I purchased the XL in March. I had been gleaning much of this info online and by inspecting my own vehicle after delivery. This is an excellent little vehicle that does car AND truck things!
Drove 465 miles to zero mile indicator. Drove another 37 miles to empty and refueled with 0.5 gal from gas can in truck bed and then pumped 17.4 gallons to full at station only 0.2 miles away.
So the fuel capacity on this 2025 EB Maverick is approximately 17.9 gallons. The math also cross...
Yes TRM, I think that 0.3 gallon reserve beyond 0 miles indicator is not likely and tank capacity must certainly be greater than 16.5 gallons and also that 1.5 gallons is a typical reserve amount. I will not take your bet or challenge to run this Maverick dry even though I am curious to know...

I asked at Kaufman and they said that it weighed between 1300 and 1500# so I guessed on the high side to calculate my total since I know the weight of Satzuma. I am pleased that it weighed today at about 1300# with empty aluminum utility box and spare. Now I am confident that staying under 4k...
Car heavily modified for lightness weighs 2260 coming off track with little fuel remaining, Trailer weighs 1500 with box empty. Fully fueled and box loaded would put me at or just over 4000#. Weigh safe tongue weight measured 375# in that condition on Saturday. I will take it to the scales at...

Loaded up SATZUMA on the car hauler and went for a shakedown ride. Setting the eBrake control was a breeze and the truck handled the load (3750#) like a...
