Check to make sure the dealer put YOUR email on the order, not the salesman's email. That is what happened to me and the salesman was not savvy enough to forward the email to me. I sweat blood reading about and looking at confirming emails posted by others until it got straightened out.

The same thing happened to me until I learned that the dealer has used the assigned salesman's email on the account rather than mine as the buyer. it drove me crazy until I got it straightened out. It was a matter of unfamiliarity and haste rather than anything nefarious.

Why in one picture are the door handles the same color as the truck and in another they are blacked out? Are we looking at tow different trucks? I ordered this exact truck and hopefully on mine the door handles will be blacked out as I like the contrast.
