I have a set of 4 wheels for sale. No curb rash or scratches on the wheels. Only 1500 miles on them after switching them for an aftermarket setup. The sensor is also still on the wheels.
Asking $1000.
No delivery. I live in Round Rock and I am willing to meet halfway.
Thanks for mentioning RockAuto. It was hard finding a place that actually had what I needed. I didn’t want to go through Ford as they will charge me an arm and leg for one rotor. I will definitely check them out!
I’ve tried searching the forum to see if there was already a post about this but could not find one. If someone finds the link for one, I would greatly appreciate it.
Anyways, I just got some new wheels put on the Mav recently and there was a rubbing noise on the right side about a day later...
Oh I didn’t think your response was rude at all.
I will make sure to do that as well. I plan on doing it myself at a DIY shop with a lift so hopefully it won’t take all day.
Did you have to do any trimming? Some people have said that the edge of the shocks will rub/cut on the axle boot and I’m about to install the same lift kit on mine
Okay good, I have the newest one. I know I spent a good 5 hours trying to make room for that spacer to fit. I plan to do the throttle body when I have to do an oil change that way I can hopefully knock out two birds with one stone.
I was planning on getting the motor mount. Did you not like it?
So it wasn't just me. I also struggled with the intake manifold for a long time. I finally got it on but the bracket is no longer attached to the engine. I can only imagine how painful it's going to be to install the throttle body.
You were mentioning about a new version of the throttle body? I...
Got to install my Magnaflow exhaust today. It's got a nice low rumble and isn't obnoxiously loud. As far as I have noticed, there is no drone at city speeds and highway speeds.
Definitely happy with it and the black tips go with my black/blue theme.
She's a little dirty. It's been raining on and...
Ah okay. Looks like I am returning this one and getting an escape one.
I spent so long trying to switch the air circulation button and now I gotta switch it back lol.
Thanks for the response!
@volksnuts Loving your build so far man. I decided to buy a used Bronco Sport Climate Control similar to what you did for my XLT Mav.
Everything was working fine but when I tried to change my drive mode, it would not switch at all. Even the screen didn't show the drive modes.
Did you have this...
We got mine from Mac Haik for MSRP. They were originally trying to do a 3k markup but I negotiated them down to MSRP.
Also try Leif Johnson. Did a test drive with them and they said they don’t charge over MSRP.
I feel like hybrids are going to be hard to get. Dealerships have mostly been getting...
If you want some ambient lighting and not take up a USB port, I found these yesterday.
They have motion sensor so when you leave the vehicle, they turn off automatically and turn on whenever you get in.
It also has solar panels to charge it...
