    have it towed in and say where's my loaner. i was told two weeks behind in service. they saw tow truck and remarkably had my truck back next evening.

    truck is back they pushed it through ford had to reprogram it. also took care of the recall. very happy

    mine stuck twice first time i finally got it to shift. yesterday no such luck. truck had to be towed to dealers. dealer is two weeks behind in repairs. hopefully loaner car today.
