Who would you contact at Ford all I ever get is the runaround from customer service

My dealer just ignores me I have to contact him every time

This was supposed to be a truck to haul four of my crew to the job site so I thought it would be easier for us to do maintenance on. We have 5 F-250’s 2 F-150’s so I like Fords for my business.

I was wrong it says May 3 on my paperwork

I have ordered in April 2022 and again in September 2022 and all I get is from the dealer is we are waiting for a vin# from Ford. If I have to order again I will make a second order with a different dealer. That way I have double the chance of getting a Truck.

If Ford would give any information it would help

After a 375 days waiting my dealer has informed me that Ford cannot fill all the orders for 2023 and i will only get my truck if I’m lucky and may have to order a 2024.

I am making another call to the dealership tomorrow to get the same answer. No news

370 so far no vin

One year and no information from Ford or dealer.

Almost a year has gone by since my first order and the only information I’ve received is that I have to reorder in September 2022. I have asked my dealer and ford they both tell me nothing it’s frustrating.
