My truck was built without the positive jump terminal on the under hood jump terminal. A few mechanics are looking for the part number and so am I but so far none of us can find it. Anyone know what this is?

So, I recently found another missing component on my hybrid….anyone else missing this? The negative connection is there but the positive one and all it’s components are MIA.
