I chose AWD for the combination of 4k tow and winter performance. I run snow tires and always seem to end up in rural Indiana with 10 inches of snow and a hotel that doesn’t bother to plow until after I need to leave for the morning. Snow tires matter more than AWD, but the combination means I’m...
I got these Bridgestone WS90 and wheels from Tire Rack this week. They even included the adapter from the original lug size to their lugs. I drove on some slushy snow and couldn’t break the tires free. I do a lot of driving for work and this with AWD should get me to customers reliably all winter.
Cool, but if you fold three times, doesn’t it block more of the window? The roll-up doesn’t require that you roll it all the way up.

I just got a new battery for my escape 2.0 EB. Using quick lane at the dealer, they did free install and brought out the laptop to reset BMS. It took so long I was glad to pay $20 more for the battery to sip coffee instead of tearing apart the wipers and trim. If the Maverick is anything like...
