Looks unchanged, probably because the original design doesn't interfere with the ACC. Instruction photos A and B are the front of a '25 Lariat after installation. The rest of the photos in instructions are of a previous model year. It does mention that you have took look out for the "sensor,"...
My tracker updated yesterday to "In Production" and the window sticker opened for the first time. Lariat w/4k tow, trifold tonneau, bed extender, floor liners.
The instructions for the new Blue Ox baseplate indicate that the ACC merely needs to be temporarily unmounted during installation and then remounted just before the fascia is replaced. They warn you not to unplug it though.
My understanding is that the louvers are controlled by the engine's cooling system, they open when the engine is hot, and close when the engine has cooled off enough. I would think that you would want the louvers in very cold weather cruising at highway speeds. That's not much of a concern in...
The photo on the Blue Ox website is a Lariat. Don't know if it's equipped with the 4K tow package which has a transmission oil cooler. Requires the permanent removal of the top half of the shutter vanes.
The Azure grey is definitely the best color to coordinate with the interior. I ordered Oxford White to minimize solar damage. Nearly half the trucks on the road out here in the desert are white for that reason.
Etrailer.com finally (today!) updated their website to state that there are currently no base plates confirmed to fit the 2025 Maverick. I have a feeling that Demco got on their case about it. I complained a week ago. Demco makes their house brand base plate too.
I've been on the phone with Demco. They have a base plate that works for the 2025 XL and XLT but need to have someone with a 2025 Lariat volunteer it for them to design with. I'm too far away or I would do it myself! BTW, they are aware of the ACC radar unit in the lower front.
