You are not pushing it. Your truck is rated to pull 2,000 lbs. Truck passenger and fuel do not count in the tow rating but, do count in GCVWR. You are not pushing that either. You will find that pulling 2000 lbs. or less is a breeze.
I don't understand how it is stuck and you can rotate back and forth.
I further don't understand that you can rotate it back and forth but that isn't how it's supposed to work. You do rotate back and forth to select a gear. What am I missing?
Your assertion that 10,000 mile oil changes or following the manufacturer's recommendation is not supported by data. Car engines ARE NOT failing soon after the warranty expires. :rolleyes:
That's interesting. On occasion my '24 2.0 Eco-boost gave me the double beep when I opened the driver's door but don't exit immediately. It's rare and I haven't tied that to the doors locking. I never leave my keys in the truck and always hit the lock button on the door interior.
